1. General Overview Mashell’z Kreations offers a wide range of services including digital designs, customized physical products, printing, shipping, event setups, and adult-themed 21+ products. By purchasing or booking any service or product, you agree to abide by the following Terms and Conditions. 

2. Digital Products Policy - All digital sales are final and non-refundable. - Files are delivered electronically and must be downloaded within the timeframe provided. - We are not responsible for file incompatibility, download errors, or user error once files are delivered. - Personal Use Only unless otherwise stated. You may not resell or distribute unmodified files. 

PLR – Private Label Rights (if purchased with PLR license): - You may modify, rebrand, and sell PLR products as your own. - You may not distribute original files without editing. 

MMR – Master Resell Rights (if included): - You may sell the product and grant resell rights to your customers. - You may not give away MMR products for free. - Original creator credit (Mashell’z Kreations) must remain unless otherwise agreed. 

3. Physical Products Policy - All items are made to order with a typical turnaround of 7–14 business days (not including shipping). - Customization details must be confirmed before production. Mashell’z Kreations is not responsible for customer errors once approved. - No changes or cancellations are allowed once production has begun. - All sales are final on custom items. 

4. Custom Design Policy - A non-refundable $50 retainer is required to begin any custom design or party setup service. - Proofs or mockups are provided when applicable. - Once approved, no revisions or refunds will be made. - Designs remain the intellectual property of Mashell’z Kreations unless a licensing agreement is made.

5. Printing Services Policy - Clients must confirm print-ready designs. - Ma

shell’z Kreations is not responsible for errors once the design is approved. - Print time may vary depending on project complexity. - Retainer policy applies.

6. Shipping Policy - Shipping is provided through USPS, UPS, or FedEx. - Standard shipping takes 3–7 business days after production. - Tracking is provided when available. - Mashell’z Kreations is not responsible for lost, delayed, or stolen packages. - Damaged packages must be reported within 48 hours with photos. 

7. Party Setup Policy - Event setups must be booked at least 3 weeks in advance. - A $50 non-refundable retainer secures your event date and planning. - Additional travel fees may apply depending on location. - Clients must provide accurate event info and ensure safe, accessible conditions for setup and breakdown. - Damages due to client/guest negligence will result in a fee.

8. 21+ Products Policy Mashell’z Kreations offers adult-themed products and party favors (21+) that are fun, tasteful, and intended for mature audiences only. By purchasing these products, you confirm the following:

You are 21 years of age or older. - You understand these products may contain explicit language, humor, or themes. - These items are not for minors and should be kept out of reach of anyone under the legal age. - Due to the nature of these products, all sales are final and non-returnable. - Adult-themed events or bundles may include digital dares, adult games, drink cards, etc., and are strictly for consenting adults. - We reserve the right to cancel any 21+ order if age verification cannot be confirmed. 

- Mashell’z Kreations is not liable for misuse or inappropriate sharing of adult-themed content.

9. Payments and Retainers - A $50 non-refundable retainer is required for all custom work, event services, and large orders. - Remaining balance must be paid before service delivery or shipping. - Payments accepted via approved platforms listed at checkout or invoice. 

10. Cancellations & Refunds - Refunds are not issued for digital products, custom items, or once production has started. - Events may be rescheduled with 72 hours’ notice; retainers will not be refunded. 

11. Intellectual Property All designs, content, and artwork remain the property of Mashell’z Kreations unless otherwise licensed. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or resale is strictly prohibited. 

12. Limitation of Liability Mashell’z Kreations is not liable for: - Client misuse of products - Allergic reactions or injury from physical goods - Event issues caused by venue access or guest conduct 

13. Agreement By purchasing, booking, or interacting with Mashell’z Kreations, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. Mashell’z Kreations reserves the right to update these terms at any time. 

14. Third-Party Payment Policies Mashell’z Kreations accepts payments through secure third-party platforms such as PayPal, Square, CashApp, Venmo, or others as listed during checkout. - All transactions are subject to the terms and conditions of the respective payment platform. - Mashell’z Kreations does not store or have access to your full payment information. - Any disputes, chargebacks, or holds initiated through third-party payment providers must be resolved between the customer and the provider, though we are happy to assist in clarifying the nature of any transaction. - Proof of payment must be provided for all orders and services. Failure to complete payment will result in order cancellation. By using third-party payment platforms, you agree to comply with their terms in addition to Mashell’z Kreations policies
