Have a question about a design, bundle, separately purchased license, or custom digital project? Send the product name and your project details. For order support, include your order number and purchase email address. Email Mashellzkreations@gmail.com. This website offers digital products and custom digital design services. No physical products are shipped.
Ask about the files, formats, software requirements, or items included in a digital listing before you order. Product previews do not add physical items or extra files to your purchase.
Send your theme, exact wording, colors, requested size, intended use, and deadline. We will confirm the project scope, quote, retainer, proof process, revisions, and delivery before work begins. Usage licenses are purchased separately.
All usage licenses are sold separately from designs, bundles, planners, and custom digital services. Tell us which design you want to use and how you plan to use it so we can help you choose an eligible license.
For help with a purchased file, send your order number, product name, purchase email address, and a description of the issue. Do not send payment-card details or account passwords.
Read the delivery information in the individual listing. For a custom project, confirm the timeline with us before paying. A ready-made download and a custom digital design can have different delivery processes.
Find answers about digital designs, separate usage licenses, custom requests, and order support.

Use the listed price for a ready-made product. For a custom project or a specific bundle request, contact us with the designs and intended use. Any special quote must be confirmed in writing. Usage licenses are separate purchases.
Follow the delivery instructions in the individual listing and your order confirmation. Custom project timing is confirmed with your quote. Do not assume that a custom design has the same delivery timeline as a ready-made download.
The proof process and included revisions are agreed in the custom project scope before work begins. Ready-made files are sold as shown unless their listing expressly offers customization.

Check your order confirmation and spam folder, then contact us with the order details and the exact error. For ZIP downloads, tell us whether the issue occurs during download, extraction, or opening an individual file. We will review the issue and help you troubleshoot.
Only when the listing expressly includes an editable file or personalization. A PNG, PDF, preview, or bundle name does not automatically mean it is editable. Contact us before ordering if you need custom digital design. Licenses are sold separately.
