How to Order Digital Designs

1. Browse the shop. Open Shop Designs and choose the design or bundle that fits your project.

2. Read the complete listing. Check the included files, formats, dimensions, software requirements, price, and delivery details. Product previews show the design; a physical item is not included.

3. Purchase the appropriate license separately. A design, bundle, planner, or custom digital design does not include a usage license. Buy the eligible license separately before using the design, and follow its written permissions and limits. A license-only purchase does not include artwork. Contact us before purchasing if you need help matching a license to your design.

4. Review your cart. Confirm the correct artwork, quantity, and separately purchased license, plus your email address. Complete payment using an available checkout option.

5. Follow your order instructions. Check your order confirmation and the product’s stated delivery instructions. Save your purchase records and license with your files.

6. Need help? Email Mashellzkreations@gmail.com with your order number, product name, purchase email address, and a description of the problem. Never send payment-card details or account passwords.

Custom digital designs: Contact us with your theme, exact wording, intended use, requested file size, and deadline. We will review the request and confirm the scope, quote, payment stages, proof process, revisions, and delivery before work begins. Ready-made files are sold as shown unless their listing expressly offers customization.
