Frequently Asked Questions

Are these physical products?

No. This shop offers digital files and custom digital design services. No physical products are shipped.

What files will I receive?

Read the individual listing for the exact formats, included items, and delivery instructions. A mockup or preview does not add extra items to your purchase.

Is a license included with my design or bundle?

No. All usage licenses are sold separately. You must purchase the appropriate license for the design before using it. This applies to ready-made designs, bundles, planners, and custom digital designs.

Can I use a design for my business?

Purchase the appropriate license separately and follow its written permissions and limits. Buying artwork alone does not grant commercial or resale rights. Ask us before ordering if you need help choosing an eligible license.

Does a license include the design?

A license-only listing does not include artwork. Follow its instructions to match the license with an eligible design.

Can you personalize a ready-made file?

Ready-made products are sold as shown unless the listing offers customization. Contact us for a custom digital design quote.

What if I cannot find my download?

Check your order confirmation and spam folder. Email Mashellzkreations@gmail.com with your order number, product name, and purchase email address.

Which payment methods can I use?

Use the options displayed at checkout. Contact us about an alternative payment method before sending money.

How do I request a custom design?

Send your theme, exact wording, size, intended use, and deadline through Contact. We will confirm the scope, quote, proof process, and delivery before beginning.
